Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.

Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems.Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are an advantage.Education
