The company is part of the InCred Group, which has growing businesses across Retail lending, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking and Institutional Equities Research & Broking and Wholesale Debt Market.

We are looking for a HR recruiter who will have the following responsibilities :

Responsible for entire Recruitment Lifecycle in Private Banking; from sourcing to on-boarding within TAT

Work optimally with various sourcing channels : Job-boards, consultants etc for closure of all open positions

Assist the Business HR partner in HR related activities

Work closely with hiring managers and respective stakeholders to close open positions at the earliest

Follow up with the respective candidates in terms offers, joining dates and others.

Ideal candidate :

Source and recruit candidates using various job portals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience of working in the Private Banking is an added advantage
