Python Backend Engineer (Full-time at a global IT services MNC)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in backend development and cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using Python, as well as working with modern DevOps tools, databases, and messaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python.

Implement CI / CD pipelines and ensure smooth code integration and deployment.

Work with MongoDB for data storage and management.

Build and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services.

Integrate and optimize Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10–15 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.

Proven experience in CI / CD, MongoDB, AWS, and Kafka.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
