Role Overview :

A results-driven Business Development professional tasked with leading growth initiatives in India while generating leads and securing clients from enterprises and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). This role demands a strategic thinker with strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of the Indian market, the staffing industry, and the enterprise sales environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive business development efforts to expand technology and staffing services across India, focusing on direct clients and enterprises, including GCCs.
  • Identify, generate, qualify, and convert quality leads from enterprises and GCCs to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Build, foster, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and clients in the staffing and enterprise segments.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to meet client staffing requirements efficiently and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated with staffing industry trends, enterprise needs, and GCC market dynamics.
  • Support and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Maintain precise sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  • Participate and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Mentor junior business development and sales team members when necessary to enhance team performance.

Requirements :

  • 5-6 years of proven experience in business development, with significant exposure to enterprise business acquisition in India.
  • Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management capabilities focused on enterprises and GCCs.
  • A good understanding of the Indian staffing landscape and GCC market structures is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
