Processes
- Ownership of end-to-end reporting and analytics for Treasury business across P&L and balance sheet.
- Subject Matter Expert for one or multiple verticals and processes related to Treasury Income, RWA, Balance Sheet, Structural Hedges.
- Preparing slides for CFO and Treasurer level presentations along with quality commentaries and explains.
- Production of high-quality MIS and insights to help top management in decision making.
- Drive allocation methodologies such as Central & Other, FTP and work closely with central process teams to ensure results are fully explainable.
- Ownership of Treasury P&L, RWA or balance sheet forecasting (Monthly outlook, Corporate Plan and Adhoc forecast process) for Group, Solo and / or entities across the bank.
- Deep-dive of drivers related to NII, non-NII, RWAs, swaps, hedges, FX, MTM, allocations.
- Work closely with group / clusters / country teams to coordinate deliverables, ad hoc requests and communication with business finance teams.
- Co-ordinate with central FP&A and treasury teams to understand group level guardrails and key constraints to drive a forecast plan that aligns to the same.
- Clear understanding of actual movements along with its narrative. Regularly querying cluster / country teams, reaching out to them in understanding the movements and adding more business sense to the outcome.
- Clear tracking of movements to forecasts between the previous run along with underlying reasoning for changes to forecast.
- Closely working with broader Treasury analytics, Capital, Liquidity team within the function and feed forecasts at the agreed frequency along with underlying explains.
- Having good knowledge across various reporting systems and understanding the key impact.
- Initiate regular briefing and knowledge sharing within the team across locations on business performance themes.

Risk Management
