Job Title : Expert - Learning & Development

Job Summary

The Expert in Learning & Development will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning strategies and programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in developing training initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organization's objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across various departments.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs using a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
