Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Advisor located in Chennai. The Senior Travel Advisor will be responsible for planning and organizing travel services, advising clients on suitable travel options, booking transportation and accommodations, and ensuring the client's travel needs are met from start to finish. The role requires handling travel arrangements for both corporate and individual clients, managing travel documents, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations. Excellent customer service and the ability to provide personalized travel solutions are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven travel advising experience and strong understanding of travel management processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in booking trips, accommodations, and transportation.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and related software.
• Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and travel plans simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or relevant field.
• Familiarity with travel regulations, documentation, and industry standards.
