About the Role

We are looking for a passionate UI / UX Specialist with strong expertise in designing user-centered web and mobile applications. This role is focused on improving user experience, not just visual design . Our applications are built for a niche healthcare domain where understanding the end-user's workflow, challenges, and needs is critical . The right candidate will simplify complex processes and deliver intuitive user experiences while adhering to established brand and design patterns.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deeply understand end-user needs in the healthcare space.
  • Focus on user experience design : create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that simplify complex tasks for users.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
  • Build low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and other tools for review and iteration.
  • Translate requirements into user flows and interactive prototypes for web and mobile-first applications.
  • Work within predefined design systems, brand guidelines, and color patterns , while still innovating on user experience.
  • Ensure designs are practical, accessible, and optimized for global market adoption .
  • Support front-end teams with detailed design specifications and assets.
  • Collaborate on micro-frontend UI architecture and work with frameworks like Material UI for consistency.
  • Create and maintain product documentation related to UI / UX decisions, workflows, and usability guidelines.
  • Design social media creatives and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Engage in client communication to understand business needs, gather feedback, and present design concepts.

Required Skills :

  • 2–4+ years of proven experience designing web and mobile applications with strong focus on user experience .
  • Graduation from a Design or Art school, or relevant certifications, will be considered a plus
  • Portfolio is preferred : Showcase at least two live web or mobile applications in the global market.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or other complex domains is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in Figma (designing, prototyping, wireframing).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and related tools .
  • Experience in mobile-first design principles .
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills – ability to design from the end-user's perspective rather than personal preference.
  • Experience working on micro-frontend architecture and using CSS frameworks like Material UI .
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Prior client communication experience is required.
  • Experience in creating product documentation for designs and workflows.
  • Ability to design marketing creatives, brand guidelines, and social media posts .
