Job Description
- Drive business development across GCCs, pitching our end-to-end advisory and managed-execution services
- Build and nurture C-suite relationships (GCC Heads, GBS, Operations, Engineering, HR, Transformation)
- Identify opportunities for center expansion, new function setup, or managed delivery
- Collaborate with leadership to craft customized, solution-driven proposals
- Represent the brand at industry forums, roundtables, and GCC events to elevate brand visibility
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and lead multi-million-dollar deal closures
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years in sales, consulting, or business development within GCCs, outsourcing, shared services, or IT delivery
- Proven track record of consultative selling and closing complex, multi-million-dollar engagements
- Established network within the Indian GCC leadership community (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, NCR, Mumbai)
- Deep understanding of GCC operating models, global sourcing strategies, and India's capability-hub dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
