About the Role

We are building a unique platform focused on emotional wellness and meaningful human connection .

As a Happiness Executive / Conversation Partner , you will engage with customers over chat and video calls , helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly, respectful, and uplifting conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in text or video interactions with customers to promote positivity and happiness.

Build warm, empathetic connections while maintaining professionalism.

Listen actively and communicate with patience and respect.

Maintain confidentiality and follow company conversation guidelines.

Share insights and feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements

Strong command of Hindi and English ; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage.

Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence.

Comfortable appearing on video calls with a neat, presentable look.

Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
