Senior Product Manager

Description :

As a Senior Product Manager at WizCommerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered SaaS products that transform how B2B businesses operate. You will lead complex, high-impact initiatives- from discovery to delivery- collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, AI, design, and business. Your focus will be on building intelligent, scalable, and user-centric solutions that combine automation, analytics, and innovation to solve real customer problems at scale.

Responsibilities :

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features and automation initiatives across the WizCommerce product suite.
• Collaborate with AI, engineering, and design teams to conceptualize and launch data-driven, ML-backed product capabilities that enhance user experience and decision-making.
• Conduct deep market and user research to identify opportunities where AI can create tangible customer and business impact.
• Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes on time.
• Drive experimentation, A / B testing, and analytics to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
• Define and track success metrics (e. g., engagement, retention, automation ROI) to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.
• Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in coordination with business, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to scaling product management best practices within the organization.
