Job Title : Sales Lead – Enterprise, Retail & IT Services

Location : Global (Remote)

Job Type : Full-Time

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Lead with experience in enterprise, retail, and IT services sales for EMEA & UK Region to join our growing team. The Sales Lead will play a key role in driving pipeline growth, generating qualified leads, and expanding our market presence. This role is perfect for a proactive and resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and outreach to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Lead client calls in the enterprise, retail, and IT services sectors.
  • Research and analyze target markets, key decision-makers, and pain points to craft personalized outreach strategies.
  • Manage and nurture leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.

Sales Process & Pipeline Management

  • Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and decision-makers to build interest in our Services & solutions.
  • Take up introductory meetings, discovery calls & Product demos.
  • Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and track & report interactions.
  • Generate engaging mails and outbound campaigns to garner attention and interest in Marx consulting services
  • Performance & Collaboration

  • Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
  • Work closely with marketing, onshore sales, and customer success teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Key Qualifications & Experience :

  • 10+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation within enterprise, retail, or IT services.
  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting, qualifying leads, and leading to successful closure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle objections, rejections, and navigate complex sales cycles.
