Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes following traditional and modern recipes.
Develop and innovate new recipes and menu items to enhance guest experience.
Oversee kitchen operations , including food prep, cooking, and plating.
Maintain consistency and high-quality standards for all dishes.
Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment , adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and supplies , ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients.
Collaborate with front-of-house teams for timely and accurate food service.
Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards .
Handle customer inquiries and special requests professionally.
Monitor food costs and waste , implementing cost-effective practices without compromising quality.
Requirements Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum 10th Pass .
Proven experience as a South Indian Cuisine Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hotel setting .
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients .
Preferred Skills
Recipe development and menu innovation.
Kitchen management and staff training.
Food presentation and plating.
Inventory and cost control.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in hospitality.

Requirements
Requirements : Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen support role is a plus. Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
