The Customer Deal Desk team operates in a multicultural environment, supporting multiple countries and business lines. The work is dynamic, fast-paced, and closely aligned with Oracles quarterly and annual fiscal cycles, ensuring critical support to the global sales organization.

Role Overview :

As a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, validating, and processing contract documentation in compliance with Oracle policies. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, mitigate risk, and enable seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, validate, and process contract documents using Oracle’s standard templates.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle policies, approvals, and corporate risk guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Deal Desk teams for smooth deal execution.
• Manage multiple requests efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer focus and maintain a high level of accuracy.
