Job Title : Planview Developer

Location : Chennai / Hyderabad / Other Locations (as applicable)

Experience Range : 3+ Years

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Planview Developer to design, develop, and optimize our enterprise project and portfolio management solutions using Planview Portfolios, Projectplace, and Agileplace . This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, a deep understanding of project management systems, and the ability to drive innovation through automation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and configure Planview Portfolios, Projectplace, and Agileplace to align with organizational needs.
Partner with IT and business teams to deliver world-class project and portfolio management solutions.
Integrate Planview with other enterprise applications such as ERP and CRM systems .
Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and views using SSRS , Power BI , and SQL.
Identify and implement automation and AI-driven use cases within Planview and connected systems.
Collaborate on the creation and execution of SIT, UAT, and Cutover plans.
Create and maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation.
Support a quality- and customer-focused culture through training, guidelines, and issue resolution.

Must-Have Skills :

3+ years of hands-on experience in Planview application development / administration

Proficiency in SSRS , Microsoft Report Builder , and Power BI

Experience with Planview Lifecycles , Scripted Dialogs , and Financial Management

Strong SQL skills for data querying and reporting

Experience with web services / API development for system integration

Familiarity with Oracle ERP , especially Project Accounting

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Good-to-Have Skills :

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in Tableau along with Power BI

Understanding of Order Management and Finance modules
