Developer ABAP

Experienced ABAP PP / DS Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Detailed Scheduling (PP-DS) , combined with strong ABAP development skills to design, develop, and support SAP solutions that optimize manufacturing and production processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, customize, and enhance SAP PP / DS solutions using ABAP .

Design and implement custom reports, interfaces, user exits, BADI implementations, and enhancements in PP-DS.

Support production planning and detailed scheduling processes within SAP S / 4HANA or ECC.

Collaborate with functional PP consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Implement integration between PP-DS and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, and FI / CO.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ABAP code and PP-DS configurations.

Support testing, deployment, and post-production support for PP-DS solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong experience in ABAP programming : Reports, Function Modules, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and enhancements.

In-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and PP-DS processes.

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA PP / DS is highly preferred.

Knowledge of APO PP / DS is a plus (if working with SAP APO).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Experience with data migration, interfaces, and IDOCs related to PP-DS.

Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Desirable Skills :

Experience with SAP Fiori / UI5 for production planning dashboards.

Knowledge of Advanced Planning Optimization (APO) .

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or MES integration .
