Role Overview
Catering Collective is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative marketing leader to head brand, digital, and customer engagement strategies across its premium catering and venue portfolio. The role requires a marketing professional who can balance long-term brand building with performance-led execution, inspiring both in-house and agency teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management
Define and lead the brand positioning, personality, and architecture for Catering Collective and its sub-brands (e.g., Blue Sea Catering, Araya Bagh).
Oversee new brand creation from naming and identity development to go-to-market execution.
Ensure a consistent tone of luxury and a strong visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
2. Culinary & Product Integration
Collaborate with culinary teams to develop and package theme-led menu concepts into compelling narratives.
Align culinary storytelling with market trends to support sales initiatives.
Champion the guest’s culinary experience as a central brand expression.
3. Content, Campaigns & Communications
Build brand equity through integrated content strategies across owned, earned, and paid media.
Lead creative campaign ideation, storytelling, and brand-led experiences.
Oversee social media and influencer marketing to strengthen brand awareness.
Manage all marketing collateral decks, videos, presentations, PR kits, and invites.
4. Performance Marketing & Digital Growth
Drive lead generation and digital engagement strategies (SEO, paid media, email, etc.).
Collaborate with digital teams and agencies to track ROI and optimize campaigns.
Evaluate and implement marketing technology tools to enhance efficiency.
5. Sales Enablement & Business Impact
Partner with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Develop impactful sales tools : case studies, decks, tasting event concepts, and client communication assets.
Gather market feedback and adapt strategies based on performance insights.
6. Networking & Consumer Insights
Represent the brand at trade events and industry showcases.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and clients to deepen consumer understanding.
7. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor an in-house team of four, alongside external creative, PR, and performance agencies.
Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and leadership teams to ensure execution excellence.
Foster a high-performance, insight-led, and innovation-driven marketing culture.
Qualifications & Experience
10–15 years of experience in brand and growth marketing within premium F&B, hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or allied sectors.
Proven success in launching or repositioning food-centric or hospitality brands.
Strong balance of strategic brand thinking and hands-on performance marketing.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency ecosystems.
Strong storytelling ability visual, verbal, and experiential.
Comfort with budgets, KPIs, marketing tech, and leadership reporting.
