Data Engineer / Analyst - ETL

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop robust data models specifically tailored for ingestion into process intelligence platforms.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, particularly within the banking domain, to understand complex banking processes, identify key data points, and translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various source systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity for process analysis.
• Apply your data fluency to analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within banking operations.
• Work with process intelligence tools and methodologies to visualize process flows and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to support continuous data ingestion and model updates.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of process intelligence insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving data-driven decisions for process optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering, process mining, and the banking Skills & Qualifications :
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst.
• Mandatory experience in Process Intelligence, including a strong understanding of process mining concepts, techniques, and tools.
• Proven ability to create and optimize data models for analytical and intelligence platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• High data fluency with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Experience in the Banking sector is essential, with a good understanding of banking processes, operations, and associated data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present complex information clearly
