Job description

Job Title : Recruitment Executive

Type : Full-Time

Location : Andheri (East), Mumbai

Work Type : On-Site

Experience Required : 6 months to 1 Year

Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Salary : 20,000 to 30,000

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of HR and Recruitment experience (internship experience may be considered if highly relevant).

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software / tools is an advantage.
  • People-oriented with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

    • Roles and Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment : Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations : Maintain a positive workplace environment by addressing employee queries and resolving concerns effectively.
  • College & Institutional Tie-Ups : Build and manage relationships with colleges for internship and fresher hiring opportunities.
  • Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Onboarding & Orientation : Execute smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture.
  • Engagement & Culture Building : Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Support : Assist in tracking employee performance and support appraisal processes.
  • Operational HR Tasks : Handle day-to-day HR operations, attendance management, and administrative requirements.
