Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Cluster Head for our Mumbai and Pune operations with a strong background in Financial Services, specifically in lending to the Construction Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, SME sales (- 100 crore+ turnovers), credit sales, and team leadership. The candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling up the business, ensuring robust collections, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development and Sales :
- Lead B2B sales efforts targeting SMEs with - 100 crore and above turnovers, focusing on lending solutions for the Construction Industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Cultivate and leverage promoter-level connections to expand the business network and generate high-value opportunities. 2. Team Leadership :
- Manage and mentor a team of 7 to 10 RM and ARM, driving their performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence within the team.
3. Credit Sales and Risk Management :
Collaborate with the credit team to assess client eligibility and structure optimal financing solutions.Ensure timely and accurate credit evaluations to support lending decisions.4. Collections Management :
Oversee collections efforts to maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquencies.Support the team in resolving complex collection cases through strategic interventions.5. Scaling Business Operations :
Identify opportunities for scaling the business by expanding the customer base and diversifying product offerings.Utilize digital tools and strategies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive growth.6. Stakeholder Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, clients, and industry stakeholders.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Key Qualifications and Skills :
Education : Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience : 10+ years in financial services, with a focus on lending to the Construction Industry.Proven track record in B2B sales, SME sales, and credit sales.Experience in leading and managing teams of 7-10 members.Strong understanding of credit evaluation, risk management, and collections.Digital proficiency to drive operational efficiency and scale the business.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at the promoter level.ref : iimjobs.com)
