Job Purpose- Responsible for profitable sales volume (Primary / Secondary) for Lubricants through Channel partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary / secondary)
- Identify business opportunities in assigned geography in consideration of new channel and portfolio mix
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and profitability within the allocated region
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential stakeholders in the value chain, e.g. channel partners / distributors, retailers, end consumers
- Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
