Job description

Job Purpose- Responsible for profitable sales volume (Primary / Secondary) for Lubricants through Channel partners.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary / secondary)
  • Identify business opportunities in assigned geography in consideration of new channel and portfolio mix
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and profitability within the allocated region
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential stakeholders in the value chain, e.g. channel partners / distributors, retailers, end consumers
  • Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner

Required Skills

  • Should have relevant experience of 5+ Year
  • Should be from Automotive Lubricants industry Onl y (Automotive Lubricants)
  • Have geographical knowledge of the territory
  • Proven track record on Distribution appointment, Channel Networking, distribution management
  • Should have strong product knowledge
