Civil Engineer

1. Project Planning:
- Interpret project briefs, blueprints, and specifications.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
2. Design and Documentation:
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
- Prepare and review civil interior design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
3. Site Management:
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
4. Quality Control and Assurance:
- Implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
5. Project Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., electrical, mechanical) to ensure integrated project delivery.
6. Safety and Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress, quality, and safety updates.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

2. Proven experience in project management, site supervision, and quality control.
