Role Description
- The Finance Strategic Analytics (FSA) Group COO function that primarily drives Chief Finance Office (CFO) change initiatives.
- This role is for a Business Subject Matter Expert (BPSME) in DBO FSA team to deliver strategic, regulatory, and process optimization book of work in partnership with Finance (RTB), Front Office, Technology, Desk Quant Strats and other relevant stakeholders.

Overview of the key responsibilities is as follows :
Drive onboarding of Bank's trading books across different asset classes (e.g. IB Fixed Income, IB GFX, Corporate Bank) on in-house strategic Trade Capture, Valuation as well as P&L platformsFrequently liaison with Technology, Desk Strats, Operations and Finance (RTB) in multiple locations to drive change initiativesPartner collaboratively with cross-functional teams, execute plans to achieve objectives while assessing and mitigating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of project milestonesBuilding and maintaining stakeholder relationships and influence stakeholders to support change agendaSupports UAT, go-live activities including but not limited to cut-over activities and operational readiness, and provides post-go live support during 'warranty' period.Your Skills and Experience
You must have 2+ years of experience with good knowledge of financial products, PnL concepts and a desire to work on new system applications and tools.

In-depth knowledge of relevant Finance P&L processes, knowledge of Front-to-back system flow and trade life-cycle eventFinancial Product know-howGood to have Experience of delivering change or improvements to processesCommunication Skills
