Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Current HR Systems: Evaluate legacy systems to identify data and processes to be migrated.
- Develop Migration Plans: Create detailed plans covering timelines, resources, and risk management.
- Map and Transform Data: Align and clean data to ensure compatibility with the new HCM platform.
- System Integration: Integrate the new HCM system with other enterprise tools (e.g., payroll, finance).
- Conduct Testing: Run tests to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
- Support Go-Live: Oversee the go-live process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Post-Go-Live Assistance: Provide ongoing support to resolve issues post-migration.
- Improve HR Efficiency: Streamline HR processes and enhance scalability and user experience.
