Key Responsibilities:

• Business Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure that technology solutions align with strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT functions to drive successful project outcomes.
• Project Delivery: Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, quality outputs, and adherence to project scope. Create and maintain project roadmaps, plans, and status reports.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of technology initiatives and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Change Leadership: Champion organizational change by leading technology transformation initiatives, improving processes, and driving efficiency.
• Solution Design & Development: Design and implement technology solutions that address business needs, leveraging innovation and technical expertise.
• Automation Implementation: Identify opportunities for process automation and design solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Project Success: Ensure all technology work streams are delivered successfully, meeting project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
