Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop & Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Lead paid digital campaigns (PPC, SEM, social ads, email) to drive measurable results (ROI, CPA, CPL).
2. Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and optimization across various channels to maximize performance.
3. Budget & Resource Management: Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels and campaigns.
4. Brand Strategy Development: Define and execute long-term brand positioning strategies to build awareness, loyalty, and brand equity.
5. Brand Identity & Consistency: Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and maintain consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
6. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign data and market trends to inform both performance marketing and brand strategy, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align performance and brand marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
8. Creative Leadership: Lead the development of compelling creative content for both performance and brand campaigns, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
9. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
10. Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape and customer insights to ensure that both performance and brand marketing strategies remain relevant and innovative.
