As an Admin Manager, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational duties, including but not limited to :
Oversee and manage all daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a well-organized and productive work environment.
Manage office space planning, layouts, and facilities to optimize workflow and employee comfort.
Ensure the office environment is always presentable, clean, and well-maintained.
Manage, mentor, and oversee administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, etc. (if applicable).
Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to the administrative team.
Coordinate with various departments (e. , HR, Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure seamless inter-departmental operations and support.
Administrative Support & Efficiency : Ensure all administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, mail distribution, and correspondence, are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Implement and optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Manage and monitor office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment (printers, copiers, IT systems, etc. ) in coordination with relevant vendors / IT support.
