Job Description :

• Plan Vs Actual monitoring on shift basis
• Manpower deployment on shift basis
• Hourly production monitoring
• Aligning team for critical deposits shift wise with CFT
• First part approval
• RM & PM arrangement for the next shift
• Conducting and supervising T2 and T-1
• Training for contract worker on safety, quality & productivity
• Skill matrix updating for the shop floor crew.
• Ensuring on job training documents for all permanent & contract employees
• Operator leave management
• Operator performance management & compiling in work-day
• OT management & control
• DPR accuracy
• Monitoring & improvement of yield in respective value streams
• Customer specific CTQ understanding
• Scrap reduction & elimination
