Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from Spanish-speaking customers.
- Sell flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend tailored travel solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly / quarterly basis.
- Provide accurate information on travel products, pricing, and policies.
- Manage post-sales services, including changes, cancellations, or special requests.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and tools.
- Log all interactions and bookings accurately in the CRM system.
Requirements :
1 to 5 years of experience in international travel sales or a similar sales role.Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a strong plus.Knowledge of global destinations, airlines, and travel booking procedures.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and upselling skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Willingness to work in shifts aligned with target regions (e.g., US / Europe hours).Preferred Qualifications :
Experience selling to customers in Spain, Latin America, or Spanish-speaking US markets.Previous experience in B2C or B2B travel sales.Certification in travel & tourism or hospitality is a bonus.Skills Required
