Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall technical roadmap and architecture for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with IT and business strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive architecture design specifications and documentation, including technical and system diagrams.
  • Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on leading practices, platform capabilities, and design principles.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide development and administrative teams through the project lifecycle.
  • Design and implement strategic architecture across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, FSM, CSM, and ITOM.
  • Define and document technical architecture for integrations, data flows, and API integrations with other systems.
  • Provide technical leadership for the entire platform lifecycle, including customization, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Drive improvements in operational efficiency through high-quality ServiceNow implementations and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Deep hands-on experience with core ServiceNow functionalities and administration.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, FSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
  • Experience in defining technical architecture, technical roadmaps, and data flows.
  • Proficiency with integrations, including REST APIs and Integration Hub orchestrations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum for project delivery.
  • Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications Preferred : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL v3 / v4 certification.
