Job description

Position Overview :

We are seeking a Admissions Tele calling Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining c and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves desk-based sales activities and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. You will also be expected to manage inbound and outbound tele calling for lead conversion, making this a key role in our admissions and sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to leads and prospective parents to promote and sell school programs.
  • Understand parent and student needs and offer tailored solutions from our academic offerings.
  • Explain admission procedures, curriculum, and benefits of online learning.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure conversions.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data and interaction details.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide a positive and informative experience for all prospective families.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in education or ed-tech).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections confidently.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
