  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Jython, R) and bash environments.
  • Familiarity with Git, Nextflow, relational databases (SQL, Oracle) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and / or Azure for data processing and deployment.
