The Role :
As a Junior Associate - SME Partnership, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business through strategic outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for building relationships with partners.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead Engagement :
- Receive and connect with outbound leads provided by the marketing team.
- Visit partners' offices and engage with them in person to discuss potential collaborations.
- Source additional leads independently using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Justdial.
- Partnership Development :
- Understand the services offered by potential partners.
- Pitch relevant RazorpayX products to establish partnerships with Chartered Accountants.
- Own the end-to-end sales process for RazorpayX products to the partners' clients.
- Hand over newly onboarded partners to the farming team with clear documentation and descriptions.
Mandatory Qualifications :
0-6 months of sales experience.Experience in the payment industry would be an advantage.Strong communication skills, oral & written.Self motivated and result oriented personality.Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
