Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations & Client Liaison Manager, located in Hyderabad. In this role, the Operations & Client Liaison Manager will oversee daily operational processes, streamline workflows, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects. They will also act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role will involve reporting operational outcomes, analyzing performance metrics, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Operations Management and Workflow Optimization skills
Client Relationship Management and Customer Support expertise
Project Coordination and Performance Analysis skills
Proficiency in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Team Collaboration
Proficiency in tools and software relevant to operational management
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience in a client-facing or operational-focused role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
