Findise is a new-age growth and marketing agency that builds and scales brands through creative storytelling, digital advertising, automation and design-first thinking. We work with diverse brands across India and abroad (D2 C, B2 B, Lifestyle, Education, Food & Beverage, and more).We are expanding our core creative team and looking for a high-potential Graphic Design Intern who wants to create bold, modern, thumb-stopping designs for social media and brand projects.Role OverviewAs a Graphic Design Intern, you will play a key role in shaping how brands look, feel and communicate visually across social platforms and digital touchpoints. If you love good aesthetics, clean layouts, and purposeful design—you will love this role.ResponsibilitiesDesign social media creatives, ad banners, carousels, thumbnails, stories.Build brand-consistent visuals aligned with strategy and campaign goalsBrainstorm ideas with the content, marketing, and brand strategy teamConvert raw ideas into impactful visual communicationStay up-to-date with design trends, typography, layouts, and motion trendsDeliver projects within timelines and iterate based on feedbackSkills RequiredStrong command of Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop and Canva (at least 2 tools mandatory)Good understanding of social-media-first design, typography, spacing, and compositionCreative mindset + hunger to experiment and think beyond templatesBasic motion graphics knowledge (bonus, not mandatory)Ability to work with speed, discipline, and attention to detailWhat You’ll GainWork directly on live brand campaigns (not dummy work)A solid portfolio with agency-level projectsMentorship on brand design, visual strategy, and ad-first thinkingLetter of Recommendation (performance-based)Stipend : 5000 per monthPPO opportunity for top performersWho Should ApplyYou’re passionate about design and scrolling through Behance / Pinterest is your hobbyYou hate boring work and want to build a strong creative portfolioYou value creativity, discipline, and detailYou want to learn how brands are built visually Duration : 3 Month
