Dataceria is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing Data Delivery team.

This is a critical role that will leverage cloud-based tools and provide thought leadership in enhancing existing data solutions.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused and passionate about leveraging modern data architecture and technology to create significant business impact across organisational boundaries.

This engineer will bring experience with SaaS / cloud solutions (Snowflake / Azure) , data engineering techniques, DevSecOps automation , and best practices for building, maintaining, and enhancing state-of-the-art big data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and enhance large enterprise big data ecosystems.
• Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines ( Snowflake SQL, stored procedures).
• Perform data analysis, enrichment, validation for quality insights.
• Ensure NFR compliance : security, performance, scalability, availability, DR / failover.
• Evaluate, prototype, and recommend emerging cloud data technologies.
• Communicate technical topics with non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Governance (e.g., Collibra).
• Promote data mesh principles across teams.
