Your role and responsibilities
In this role, Implement product / solution support to be business / division in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with market strategy. To provide direct support to meet on time reply to sales and customers along with working with consultant demand for available tools from ELSP, and support Sales / Front-End Sales (FES) organizations in facilitating sales and services of respective products.

The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Buildings Business to be based at Peenya, Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for :
Go-to-Market Strategy : Implement local product marketing strategies aligned with global direction, defining value propositions and positioning to enhance market presence.
Business Development & Planning : Execute annual marketing and business development plans, coordinate market analysis, and define forecasts based on customer and competitor insights.
Sales Enablement : Support sales execution by providing technical materials, design specifications, and on-time responses to customer queries while promoting activities.
Training & Collaboration : Enhance sales efficiency through product knowledge training, cross-functional collaboration, and sharing of best practices across teams.
Qualifications for the role :
Bachelor’s degree in electrical & Electronic Engineering with 7–12 years of experience in sales of LV Switchgear products.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for effective customer engagement and relationship management.
Effective strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to reach business goals and finalize agreements.
Demonstrated analytical capability to support sales activities, market evaluation, and decision-making.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required, ensuring customer and business needs are met.
Ensures compliance with ABB’s code of conduct, safety, integrity, and all statutory regulations and HSE standards.
Collaborates effectively with Sales, Order Handling, and Logistics teams to ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and knowledge sharing.
