SSE / TL- Full Stack (Angular+NodeJs)

Job Purpose :

Own technical decisions, ensure best practices, and guide the team in delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions for our AI driven voice platform.

Who you are :

5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with leadership or mentoring exposure.

Strong backend expertise with Node.js (JavaScript / TypeScript).

Solid frontend experience with Angular.

Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent).

Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices.

Hands-on with Git, Docker, and CI / CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Lead a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.

Work hands-on across the full stack : backend (Node.js / TypeScript), frontend (Angular), and databases.

Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time communication features.

Ensure code quality, performance, and security across applications.

Contribute to architecture decisions, system design, and technology roadmaps.

Drive DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines, testing, and cloud deployments (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.

Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
