Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticket bookings and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies for ticketing and reservation processes.
• Reconcile ticket sales with financial reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to ticket sales.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline fare structures and ticketing systems.
