Job Description
- Define and execute the vision for a GTM tailored to regional FMCG brands.
- Develop scalable GTM services including digital ads, brand activations, sampling, and retail intelligence.
- Drives scalability and repeatable success models and drive brand graduation from one tier to the next in scale and ARPB (Avg Revenue per Brand) monetization
- Collaborate with product, tech, supply chain, and retail teams to build platform-based solutions.
- Full P&L ownership for both the Regional Brands business and the GTM platform including revenue, supply chain costs, contribution margins, and brand growth.
- Design commercial models (, subscriptions, performance-based pricing) and drive monetization.
- Lead a multi-functional team across sales, marketing, operations, and category management.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, ownership, and customer-centricity.
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years of experience with proven P&L ownership in high-growth startups / business units / FMCG companies.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling internet / platform businesses (0→1 and 1→10).
- Strong understanding of India's FMCG landscape, General trade and regional brand dynamics (preferred).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, tech, and ops.
- Strong product thinking, customer empathy, and ability to engage with family-run businesses.
- High integrity, resilience, and a bias for action.
- MBA from a Tier-1 business school preferred.
