Job descriptionPrepare and present MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheet analysis at business unit levels Consolidate financial data for management review, highlighting performance trends and variances Conduct variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget / Forecast) with commentary on key drivers Support management in board, audit committee, and presentations. Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with business units Monitor financial KPIs, working capital, and cost structures, providing insights for efficiency improvement Assist in financial planning and decision-making through profitability, cost, and cash flow analysis Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies to ensure accuracy and mitigate risks Liaise with tax advisors, external auditors, and regulatory authorities as required Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring effective performance and professional development Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global offices for smooth consolidation and reporting Act as a key liaison between finance and management for financial insights and recommendation Handle TDS, GST, and other statutory payments, including reconciliations. Assist with timely filing of returns and coordinate with consultants for statutory obligations. Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience of minimum 5-8 years. (Preferred Banking Industry) Good knowledge of Indian statutory laws (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, Companies Act, Banking Regulations Act) Accounting & Finalization Financial Reporting & MIS Budgeting, Planning & Analysis Team Leadership & Audit Management

Accounting & Finalization :
- Lead the finalization of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review and reconcile parking accounts.
- Supervise GL fixed assets, and inventory accounting, ensuring proper controls and reconciliations
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for audits, ensuring compliance and timely closure
- Perform Bank Reconciliations and Vender Reconciliations regularly
