About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, drive partnerships, and expand Akshara's reach in education and consulting services. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent networking, presentation, and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement business development strategies for growth in education and corporate segments.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, tie-ups, and institutional collaborations.
- Achieve business and revenue targets through strategic client acquisition.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations for new prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and competition.
- Represent the organization in meetings, exhibitions, and Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Development.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in the education, training, or services industry preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic in approach.
