Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Speech Therapist (ST) to join our Developmental Therapies team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children overcome communication, language, and feeding challenges through evidence-based interventions and family-centered care.
You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team—including occupational therapists, pediatricians and psychologists—to create tailored therapy plans that foster meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication, language, speech, and feeding abilities.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on the child’s developmental profile and needs.
- Address a wide range of concerns including :
o Speech and language delays
o Articulation and phonological disorders
o Fluency (stuttering) issues
o Pragmatic and social communication difficulties
o Feeding and swallowing challenges
Work Location
Openings across Bangalore (including HSR Layout, Bellandur and Varthur Centres)

Requirements
Qualifications
Education :
o BASLP : Minimum 4 years of experience, or
o MASLP : 0–2 years of experience
o License / Certification : RCI Registration (preferred or in process)
Skills :
o Strong knowledge of child speech and language development
o Proficiency in therapy planning and documentation
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Empathy, patience, and a child-friendly approach
