Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities

Attending and resolving SAP Business One issues raised by customers.
Deliver exceptional client support and resolve technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
Install, upgrade, and implement SAP Business One solutions for end users.
Continuously develop and maintain in-depth expertise in SAP B1 and its functionalities.

Skills & Experience

Must Have

SAP Business One or SAP Business One on HANA implementation or support experience of min. 2 years

Proven expertise with SQL and HANA databases.

Proficiency in Crystal Reports is essential

Good time and task management

Able to work under pressure and priorities work

Good written and verbal communications

General knowledge of business practices

Logical problem-solving abilities

An ability to understand internal systems and adhere to processes

Good to Have

Experience using HANA Studio and Cockpit to monitor health of HANA.

Knowledge of HANA Admin tasks and Linux administration for SAP B1.

Knowledge of SAP Customer Checkout
