Regional Lead - Projects (Bengaluru)

Project management professional with 10-12 years of experience in workspace fitout industry. Preferably from D&B, IPC or coworking space background.

Person who can take a complete ownership of the project delivery in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai from Bengaluru. Person from Mumbai to look after Mumbai and Pune.

Manage a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project managers.

Willing to travel on a project to project basis.

To be able to do a thorough due technical due diligence and provide constructive feedback to the consultants and management team.

Thorough knowledge in MEP and local authority approvals processes.

Review of all drawings and BOQ for the project and taking the ownership of the same.

Review and plan the complete project milestone, procurement plan and presenting it to the business team.

Attention to detail and adhering to the quality of installation at each stage of construction. Ensuring the build partners stick to the specified makes and models during the construction stage without any deviation.

Coordinating with consultants, architects, and multiple vendors from initial stage to final handover to the client.

Logical thinking and bringing in value engineering and cost saving mechanisms throughout the life cycle of the project.

To be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

If needed, to be able to roll up the sleeves and help different teams at Simpliwork for successful delivery of the project.

To be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external stake holders.

Thorough documentation of minutes, effective communication on risk(with a mitigation plan) if any during the course of the project.

Effective use of construction management tools / softwares of Simpliwork.
