Head of Ecommerce Operations

📢 Urgent Hiring : E-commerce Operations Head | Coral Haze | Gurgaon

Coral Haze, a premium women’s footwear brand known for its handcrafted shoes, is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Head to lead our online business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing D2C and marketplace operations, with the ability to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations across the Coral Haze website and leading marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, dispatch, and inventory coordination
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, customer care, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor and optimize listings, pricing, and inventory visibility across platforms
• Analyze operational data, returns, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and profitability
• Develop and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy in all operational workflows
• Liaise with third-party partners including logistics and packaging vendors
• Ensure timely deliveries and exceptional post-purchase experiences for customers
