Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. QA Analyst with strong experience in ETL, API, and MDM testing to ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with data engineers, MDM developers, and business analysts to validate complex data flows, integrations, and system functionalities across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL, API, and MDM components.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across staging, warehouse, and reporting layers.
• Validate ETL workflows and transformations for data accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms.
• Test MDM processes such as data matching, merging, survivorship, hierarchy, and data governance workflows.
• Work with development teams to identify, log, and track defects to resolution.
• Automate regression and validation tests where feasible using testing frameworks or scripting.
• Collaborate in Agile / Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure test documentation and evidence are well maintained for audits and release management.
