Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gymnastics Coach located in Kolkata. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for developing training programs, leading gymnastics and tumbling sessions, and providing individualized coaching for athletes of all ages and skill levels. The coach will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants, maintaining equipment, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment. Additionally, the role requires regular communication with actors, athletes, and other staff members. The compensation for the gymnastics coach will be excellent, reflecting their expertise and the high level of commitment required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Gymnastics and Tumbling
• Proven experience in Coaching and Sports Coaching
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work with athletes of various age groups and skill levels
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Certifications in gymnastics coaching or related fields is a plus
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus
