The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for all customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering product recommendations, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. The Retail Sales Consultant will also maintain store appearance, manage inventory, and assist with various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service :
  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
  • Assist in processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge :
  • Actively drive sales by understanding customer needs and providing solutions through our product offerings.
  • Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions to inform customers effectively.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Store Operations :
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are stocked and presented attractively.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, restocking shelves, and conducting stock counts.
  • Help with store opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Team Collaboration :
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Share product knowledge and sales techniques with colleagues to enhance team performance.
