Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi for a Human Resources Recruiter. The Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various platforms, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing candidate communication, and maintaining candidate databases effectively. Additionally, the recruiter will participate in employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with all HR policies and recruitment standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and shortlisting
• Knowledge of HR policies and compliance, as well as employer branding strategies
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in IT staffing or recruiting is an advantage
